Position Summary
The Marketing Officer oversees the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the INSIGHT program. He/she will translate the INSIGHT marketing strategy into an actionable plan to recruit students for the INSIGHT program. He/she is responsible to connect with interested students, answer questions, and channel them to local INSIGHT sites. He/she needs to develop a strategy not only for the National office, but also serve as a marketing resource for local sites. This person must be passionate about the expansion of the Kingdom of God and desire to use his/her marketing skills to that end. This is a full-time support-based position we are looking to fill immediately. Persons available to serve only part-time will also be considered. As a missionary position, this position requires that individuals are willing to raise funds for their own support.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develops and implements INSIGHT’s national marketing plan
• Oversees production, updating, and distribution of promotional materials
• Equips Frontier Venture staff and INSIGHT alumni for promotion of INSIGHT
• Interfaces with recruitment coordinators for local sites
• Plans and implements exhibiting for conferences
• Manages existing advertising
• Finds new venues for Advertising/networking  
• Work with the Communications department of Frontier Ventures to develops branding for INSIGHT program and to create promotional materials
• Manages Social media marketing campaigns
• Develops and implements INSIGHT National recruiting plan
• Trains INSIGHT staff and alumni on best practices for recruiting
• Interfaces with interested students
• Plans and implements exhibiting for conferences
• Create and implement a process to connect potential students to sites  
• Networks with mission agencies, homeschool associations, churches, etc. 
• Manage database of networks and potential students  

Alumni Relations
• Creates INSIGHT alumni network and maintain alumni database  
• Utilizes alumni relations for recruiting students and staff
• Plans alumni meet up at major mission conferences (e.g., Urbana)
• Evaluates effectiveness of INSIGHT among alumni
• Produces Credit transfer reports  

Local Site Support
• Consults to develop recruitment and marketing plans for local sites.
• Consults with INSIGHT local sites to stay connected with their alumni.
• Develops material that can be used as templates for local recruiting efforts

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Powerpoint
• Has a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing or a related area)
• 2-5 years marketing/recruiting experience (at least 3 years if Bachelors degree is not related to marketing).
