Insight Pasadena Program Director

The vision of the Insight Program Director is to shepherd students, through the Insight program, into a wholistic understanding of the character and purposes of God and their place in His Kingdom mission.  The Program Director is the head teacher, pastor, and manager responsible for the academic, spiritual and administrative/financial components of the program, and the overall wellbeing of the students.  The Program Director ensures that all curriculum and program components function within the boundaries of the Insight National Office.  Within this context, he/she envisions the local manifestation of the Insight program, ensuring the program runs with optimized staff, students and resources. Others may assist in certain areas of this role, but ultimately the Program Director is responsible for the fulfillment of this and all other team member roles and descriptions.  This is a full-time support-based position we are looking to fill immediately. Persons available to serve only part-time will also be considered. As a missionary position, this position requires that individuals are willing to raise funds for their own support.

Insight National Office Marketing Director

The Marketing Officer oversees the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the INSIGHT program. He/she will translate the INSIGHT marketing strategy into an actionable plan to recruit students for the INSIGHT program. He/she is responsible to connect with interested students, answer questions, and channel them to local INSIGHT sites. He/she needs to develop a strategy not only for the National office, but also serve as a marketing resource for local sites. This person must be passionate about the expansion of the Kingdom of God and desire to use his/her marketing skills to that end. This is a full-time support-based position we are looking to fill immediately. Persons available to serve only part-time will also be considered. As a missionary position, this position requires that individuals are willing to raise funds for their own support.

Insight Pasadena Academic Assistant

The Academic Assistant’s primary focus is to facilitate student growth via the curriculum. He/she has a strong commitment to student development, and is skilled at directly engaging students on relevant academic topics including theology, missiology, philosophy, world religion, sociology, anthropology, history and science. He/she assists the Program Director in the delivery of the curriculum. This is a full-time support-based position we are looking to fill immediately. Persons available to serve only part-time will also be considered. As a missionary position, this position requires that individuals are willing to raise funds for their own support.
